I heard back recently about a first round interview process that's essentially a digital submission of a 2-page debt or equity pitch due in a week to HR
This is a pretty unusual recruiting process that I've seen so far, is anyone able to shed some light on what this entails? Do they send every candidate this or is this a genuine way for them to do a "first round"?
