Best internship options during transition from CC to a university?

I am a transfer student from community college who will be attending UCLA for Biz Econ in the fall. One reason because I need to secure some sort of internship and the UCLA schedule gives me more time to do this and I can commute from home. If it helps anything, I have finished the whole Calculus series, Linear Algebra and Diff Equations. I am unsure how to approach this considering I am coming from a CC, should I list my CC GPA on my resume? I don't know how to approach the situation because I am technically a UCLA student but have yet to start. I figured this shouldn't be a problem getting a PWM but I've gotten some weird responses in my attempts so far. Any insight is appreciated.
