Best Internships to get Sophomore summer
I’m a rising sophomore interested in IB and consulting. I have experience as a corporate finance intern and a part time research intern at a no name boutique bank. I am not diverse so not eligible for some programs
I was thinking of going for:
Full time in person at a boutique bank (my IB internship was part time and remote) Lower tier/boutique consulting firm F500 corp strategy F500 corp finance (my internship was at a mid-sized business) BB asset/wealth management Corporate development (not sure if these internships even exist)
Which would be the best option for me? Would having a sophomore consulting internship look bad when recruiting for IB?
