Best Way to Craft Your "Why Company" Answer?

I like to mainly talk about people I've talked with when networking with the firm, as well as the team size and senior management access. Is it okay to add in things that you respect about the firm like specific community involvement that they do? Or do interviewers not really care about you talking about that? What's the best way to construct an answer to "Why this company"? What answers help someone stand out in this question compared to other candidates? Should you talk about growth profile and statistics and stuff? Trying to think about the best reasons when trying to form an answer to this question. What has worked well for you guys during your interviews?
