BIG4 internship vs start-up

Offers:

BIG4 Internship - Financial Advisory and some M&A (6 months internship)

PE/Venture Start-up - Due Diligence (DCF), M&A, have the chance to make real deals and not only sit by the table.

The start-up has good finances since it’s a billionaire that stands behind it. After evaluating a company ($20 - $50 mil range) and I see it as buyable I present my work and if I get a GO the start-up will end up buying it.

What should I go with? I’m pursuing a career in PE or IB and hasn’t really had any earlier experience within this field so what’s the best move?
