Alright guys strictly financially speaking. Should I take my ER offer at top biotech ER shop or should I try to expedite my biotech IB interview process at a different bank?
I’ve heard biotech ER pays more than IB but didn’t know. I’m coming from medical school btw.

IB usually pays more although we don't have any insight into what type of firms you're talking about. Guessing both are sell-side but are you comparing BB vs BB, or is one an EB, boutique, MM, etc?
Specifically biotech though? And not BB it’s for EB and MM.
