Blacklist Possibility? - Need Advice

I am currently a freshman at a target school that landed and accepted an investment banking summer analyst 2022 role at a decent T20 school. I applied to the role anticipating that I would graduate in 2023, however as I spoke to my adviser and looked at my courseload, this looks like it might not be possible to complete in 3 years, prohibiting me from graduating in time for a return offer. Would I be blacklisted from the street by recruiters if I am unable to accept a return offer post internship in the case I cannot graduate early?
