Blacklisted by recruiter?

I am currently a sophomore fin student recruiting for 2023 IB internships, but wanted to find an internship for my sophomore summer. I had met previously with this recruiter to discuss internships and a positive, yet distanced, relationship was formed as they were mainly recruiting for juniors. However, recently a very prominent member of the bank pushed my resume to hr and I unfortunately missed the call from the recruiter as I was taking a school test. I tried directly calling them back, emailing them, and calling the general hr office, all to which I never heard anything back. As I realize this phone call to me was the result of nepotism, could I have been blacklisted for missing the call? Should I show up in person?

Recruiters ghost candidates all the time, I wouldn't worry about it. Grow a list of really good recruiters and keep in touch with them informally.
