Career Resources
What are your short and long term career goals?
I don’t know yet where I want to be in 10 years. I know I want to learn and make solid money.
EVR without doubt since you are still unsure
Is blackrock direct investing or just picking GPs
Sourcing and coinvesting in opportunities across alternatives asset classes
Are you sure it would be an investment role? At blackrock they like to play with the position name/division to make it look different/better. Eg. it might be an investor relation/product strategy role for example which is a completely different career compared to investing/IB.
It’s definitely not product strategy but also not directly investing either. It’s primarily sourcing deals for the investing teams and following/negotiating the deals
Yeah man it sounds a bit of mid office or investor relation to me but people in AM can chip in maybe I am missing something. I would take EVR.
