Not really possible. No bank will accelerate if you don't name names, and my bank will ask to see the offer letter in order to accelerate - it's a huge effort to get a process moved up and it is up to the MDs who run recruiting in each group whether they want to accelerate (usually no for FT). If you make up an offer they can easily check as everyone has friends at other banks. Just let it be
