Try to understand the concepts as oppose to memorize everything. Typically the super long complex questions are trying to test whether you conceptually understand the following:

1. How the three statements are truly linked

2. Understanding of accretion dilution

3. Treasury stock method

4. Conceptual understanding of what the multiples are and how they are arrived

5. Levers that influence IRR and MOIC

Try to really understand the fundamental concepts behind these topics and you should be good. This is on top of you knowing the guides cold.

PJT asked me Rx questions outside of the extensive restructuringinterviews.com guides idk how tf I was supposed to learn them. London as well where technicals are easier.
