Brief Goldman online coffee chat

These sorts of coffee chats are already pretty awkward. Not to mention the online component. In lieu of ocr, Goldman is hosting these online coffee chats. I was wondering how I should approach these to get the recruiter to push my app to first round? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
