Building Resume
I’m currently a sophomore at a community college and I will be transferring to a university next Fall. I’m really really interested in the field of finance especially investment banking but ai really don’t know where to start. I currently do not have any extracurricular or job experience related to finance or just business in general so I was wondering where do I start building my resume. My school is located in a tech heavy city so there’s not much opportunity for business students even though there are several hackathons every year. Shall I take finance certificates online (any recommendations?) or is it possible to find a volunteering opportunities related to finance since I’m an international student and do not have work authorization.
