Are there any other banks that recruit for full time (summer analysts with full time offers) in August? I know Goldman Sachs does, but do any other banks have this practice??

The vast majority of BBs do. It’s called accelerated interviews and they are given to other SAs in other banks or SAs in their own bank trying to switch divisions. Generally they are initiation only and the banks have to reach out to you.
Has anyone started doing these yet?
Not to my knowledge...most banks typically do these at the end of August (when the SAs have finished their stint)
All interviews on campus at my school are scheduled for 2nd week of september
