What should I do if an analyst has agreed to schedule a call in several hours but hasn't replied to my email yet asking for his/her phone number?
Should I just wait it out even though we might miss our scheduled call and contact the analyst a few days later if i still don't get a response?

Just follow up your email about thirty minutes before the call saying you're looking forward to chatting and ask again but politely. They might've just gotten busy. Don't email more than that though. Also, if you haven't already check their email signature for the #. I made that mistake a few times in the beginning
