Canadian IB Summer 2022 Analyst Thread
Just wanted to start this thread for the upcoming recruiting timeline for Summer 2022 for the Canadian offices. Does anyone know if anyone has started so far?

I did their first round for IB before. It’s going to be technical and behavioural. From my experience RBC asks questions that require a bit more thinking, you can’t just read BIWS so make sure you’re up to speed with the markets and have 1 or 2 stock pitches ready. The behavioural part is very conversational so just be yourself, try not to sound too scripted. In terms of interviewer, it’ll be a combination of 2 from your university who are either associates or VPs.
