Cancelled Interviews/ normal??
Is it normal to have interviews cancelled or rescheduled? What would you do in these types of situations? Do you just do you? What this all even mean?

A lot of reasons. Mine was once cancelled cuz the firm has already found someone suitable so my candidacy was put 'on hold'.
What to do? Keep applying. Once they cancel there's not much you can do about it.
Rescheduled is common - IB has tons of fire drills and if a specific person needs to be the one interviewing you, they might have to move for an urgent client ask. Pretty common for a first round phone interview, a superday they will usually just ask someone else to fill in
Canceled sucks but nothing you can do - odds are they had a superday of great candidates already and filled all the spots
