Capital One - Management Rotation Program Career Path
Hey, Does anyone have any insight on Capital One's Management Rotation Program? From the job description, it's a two year program that focuses on agile, risk management, process management and project management. What exactly is the career path like for this? Project Manager? It seems on glassdoor a project manager makes 76k so 2 years to make 76k doesn't seem right at C1.
Additionally, does anyone have any insight on what the PRODUCT MANAGEMENT AND ANALYTICS ASSOCIATE position entails?
I have a connection at Capital One and want to use his vouch for the right position so I have to decide which one to apply for.
