Career Advice: Entry-Level Opportunities in M&A with acceptable WLB

Hey, I‘ll be graduating soon with internship experience in corporate M&A and at a local boutique. Seeking to find an employer that offers acceptable work life balance in M&A with exit opps in corporate M&A or possibly smaller PEs. My first thought was Big 4 M&A but apparently those teams outsource plenty of their work to the other transaction-related service lines, limiting learning opportunities. As far as I can tell, boutiques have limited reputation with corporates and they can be quite the sweatshops. And with most investment banks you pay a high price for the good reputation with an insane amount of hours. What‘s your take on this?
