Career advice needed - feeling lost

hey guys, i work in the IB/TS team of a Big 4 (have previously worked in REPE). I am 23, and honestly feeling quite lost - i’m a female and i feel like i am not able to exercise my creative side at my job. I will soon be recruiting for Impact PE roles, but this is not what i really want to do. Ideally would love to do something with luxury/beauty brands (i know it would’ve been easier if i had gone the consulting route, but i don’t have a knack for consulting- more comfortable with financial modeling side of things)

Does anyone have any suggestions on what i can pursue (that’s also well paid)? i understand that corp dev/m&a could be one route, but i live in a developing country where such brands are few and far apart in terms of outreach.
