Is anyone else so tired of all these firms for exit opps asking for candidates to complete case studies? Not just talking about PE, but Corp finance, FP&A, etc. roles as well. These firms aren’t even asking for it in a final round interview, they are for second rounds. We don’t have endless time as analysts to complete pointless case studies based on work we haven’t done before just to get told no constantly. So frustrating.
