CFA® history?
I'm pretty sure I've read on WSO that CFA® members can check a person's status in the CFA® program (i.e. - John had his designation revoked; is taking L2; etc).
No one is able to look up your test history though, correct?
I have an upcoming interview and I'd like to leave out the fact that I failed L1, then passed L1, then failed L2 and am retaking L2 again. If asked directly about L1, if I said I passed on the first try, could anyone find out that is not true?
As I write this, I'm realizing it's probably not worth lying about it, but I am interested anyway.
Almost positive they won't ask you if you passed on the first try.
I am pretty sure that is private information. Plus no one really cares how long it takes to get, they just care if you have it. If they ask if you passed all on first try they are a D-Bag. And happypantsmcgee is right, they won't ask.
