Changing jobs, when to interview?
Looking to transition to a job with better a WLB, maybe a corporate finance role or wealth management. How do I go about scheduling interviews? Will I have to take PTO/act sick or will the firms work with me and have interviews in the evenings?
Are you in ECM as your title suggests? Don't see why you would leave voluntarily. It's the best comp / WLB ratio you'll get in high-finance. If you're not convinced, just let me know the name of the bank and I'll gladly take your spot.
