Cold emailing/coffee chats while in full-time internship

I'm going to be starting an off-cycle internship full-time in the winter and wondering how I should go about networking during my internship. In IB at a boutique so hours aren't gonna be 9-5.

When networking during school most of my chats are midday from 1-5, which is likely off limits during my internship. Wanted to see what y'all think first about networking during your internship, and secondly about setting up chats when they would either have to be late weekdays or weekends.

Also recruiting for SA'25 so applications are already out and want to get a few calls before they close.

Thanks

Schedule send ur emails during ur weekends. Try ur best to schedule ur chats on Fridays since most ppl work from home. If not schedule them during lunch hours since u can just disappear.
