I currently do credit analysis on business loans at a community bank (first job out of college). Anyone know how hard it would be to move to a bulge bracket bank into something like the DCM with my experience and or what steps I could take towards it?

@cbil31" I would disagree with the above statement. If you want to break in to IB at any level, BB, MM, boutique, you need to network network network. Without knowing anything about you, networking will be key.
