Contract being bought out

If you leave as an analyst within two years, is it common practice if you are facing serious clawbacks for a hiring firm to help support you paying back the firm you are leaving? Facing some strong clawbacks for while that I will simply be unable to pay back unless I either stay for full two years or another firm buys me out or at least helps out. Feeling a bit trapped atm and not sure if I want to do full stint.
