Convince me to stay in finance and not move to tech
After looking at the official salary sharing thread on Reddit for CS majors, I am pondering whether or not to dive further into tech now.

I would do tech if I had any interest/skill in it. If you’re lucky enough to be interested and talented in numerous lucrative fields, by all means go ahead and pick based on pay if that’s what matters.

why would we convince you lol. Plus there's so many different ways to do money, life is too short to spend it on a career you dont like. CS and finance are completely different. I took two cs classes freshmen year and found it super boring, to each their own
