Corporate Finance or Business Development?

Hey all, was hoping someone could help me make the best choice for my sophomore summer.

I currently have an offer to be a summer intern in either Business Development or Corporate Finance at a F500 Aerospace/Tech/Defense firm.

My goal out of undergrad is to work in IB. This fall, I'll be transferring to a good school for finance depending on aid (NYU Econ/UVA Econ/BU Questrom Finance). I'm currently wrapping up at community college. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to land any boutique or PWM/more related finance internship for the summer, and I've exhausted my local networking resources.

In the corporate finance role, I'd be doing corporate FP&A, creating pivot tables using vlookup, and pulling cost data to build very simple actuals models.

In the business development role, I'd be doing essentially the same thing - but in a more niche role since I'd be supporting the internal M&A group on their bid and proposal deals - pulling data and creating reports for their processes.

Which internship would be better on my resume for Junior SA recruiting? I'm positive I will learn the same material in either division. Is it true that the Business Development title looks better than the Corporate Finance title, or vice versa? I know this might be a trivial and a little thing to be worried about, but I want to have the best app possible for resume screens. Of course I'll be networking, but still need something for firms where I don't have anyone vetting me before the fact.

Thanks ahead.
