Corporate Finance vs. TAS (Transaction Services)
Hi there,
Is there anyone that could shed some light on those two Big 4 departments? I'm more interested in which one:
- Would allow me to learn more about corporate transactions (deals): Be it modeling, understanding the financials, learning about the business, etc.
- Which one would be a stronger background to lateral into IB or PE.
- Whatever other details you could provide (the good, the bad & the the ugly)
