CS Markets vs UBS IBD Summer Internship-London

Hey all.

I currently have internship offers from both Credt Suisse Markets and UBS IBD for the summer, in their london offices.

I am really struggling to make up my mind. I feel like I would enjoy either, and would put in my best effort in both, On the one hand I feel that IBD is a better internship to do in general, and is more 'future proof' but also am unsure whether I want to do the hours as a full time job, and do really want to convert my internship into a job offer.

I would be grateful if anyone here could offer some recommendations. Which one would you choose and why?

Also within UBS IBD and CS Markets are there any particular teams I should try to get on/avoid? (london office)

Thanks so much for all your help!
