"Cultural Fit" during Internship -> Possible Graduate Offer -- What if most people like me but 1-2 people don't?
So i currently intern at a private equity firm. This place does not offer internships. I am the second exception.
I have apparently "met all my targets", and was very quick (and accurate) with a particular piece of work that really helped out one of our portfolio companies. A graduate job possibility has been hinted at numerous times. First by my supervisor at the very beginning, and then by a new analyst who introduced herself to me shortly after. And then again by the supervisor at a conference 2 months into the internship when he explicitly asked me what my future plans were and then hinted with a lead-on question if had any hopes for staying with the firm.
I asked about the possibility of a graduate offer at this firm by my supervisor (who was also previously an intern). I was told that he couldn't guarantee a place, but that i did meet my targets, and that i was particularly quick in one task which ended up being a big help. I was also told by him that this private equity firm was understaffed.
However - while i get along well with most people and there are people who really seem to like me and are pleasant towards me, i feel there are 1-2 who don't like me (or at least, who are not that comfortable with me on a personal level).
Further, at a conference i was shy-ish and actual overly reserved but opened up at the dinner later (after a few drinks). But outside of that incident i think i generally get along well with everyone that i work with in the office (in my division...i haven't yet worked extensively with everyone).
I have also bought these assorted chocolates (cadbury favourites - don't know if the US has them) - which everybody seems to have loved.
^ how would you assess my "cultural fit" there? Is there any hope for a grad offer? Or did i inadvertently screw myself over?

Personally I would have went with assorted muffins, may have been a deal breaker there but only time will tell.
Whatever we tell you will not change the outcome.
Learn to live with temporary uncertainty rather than clinging at straws of false hope.
I agree with SSits. These days, I see so many people (mostly college juniors/seniors) posting about what "their chances" are in getting an offer, etc. Nobody fucking knows. Come on, man. We don't even know who you are. We don't even know your name - let alone where you interned and worked whatever. Most of all, we don't know who your boss/colleagues are. Have some common sense.
Want some encouraging words? Go talk to your parents. They will tell you that you will get an offer.
