CV work experience UK BB SA

Hi, I hope ideally UK current analysts and interns can help a fellow first year monkey out in the recruiting timeline. A US perspective would also help a lot and I appreciate all the help you can give.

My question is what kind of specific work experiences will help me receive a higher chance of a first round interview(fo) during UK penultimate year recruiting specifically? For instance, UK has SW and while it helps undergrad to convert into a SA offer, for those which do not convert and have a SW on their cv, how much does it help in securing an interview?

Another situation is regarding work experience tier list such as SW, internship and other work experiences(barrista, server). If I have valuation internship at a no name boutique, is it still better than 3 SW and a random non valuation internship and a barrista work experience? Is a valuation internship then able to bypass most screening work experience?

Tldr; Basically what are the work experiences do bbs look for and what are tiers for it and if possible, a candidate with 1 good work experience such as valuation able to have higher chances than a candidate with 3 sw and other work experience to secure an bb ib/er/am interview?

I read articles surrounding this and researched linkedin but since it's all research and there could be bias, hearing an inside perspective would help a lot!
