Deciding between two internship offers

I have no idea which of these offers I should take, please advise.

Morgan Stanley Global Capital Markets (probably Leveraged Finance) in NYC

BlackRock Fixed Income Securitized Assets in NYC

Compensation is very similar 110k base at MS, 100k at BlackRock, better overtime at BlackRock, better bonuses at MS.  That's for the internship, at least, y'all can probably say better than me what it's like for an analyst, since neither firm is willing to disclose much about that.  Conversion seems to be pretty good (but not guaranteed) at both.

What do I want to do?  My first priority is making as much money as possible (not necessarily over the course of the internship - although that's a plus - but over the long-run).  My second priority is working fewer hours and eventually securing a remote position or a position outside of NYC.

I don't know a ton about the industry, so any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
