Senior here debating between PE and VC internship this spring with the goal of breaking into baking after graduation. What would be the better internship?

If you want to break into baking, you have to be precise with your temperatures, the duration of the bake, and also how much butter to use to make it taste perfect.

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee
