Citadel and P72 essentially have the same program (with similar offer rates), although P72 is a bit more ironed out. Both are great experiences and will set you up for life even if you don't get return offer. I personally wouldn't consider Weiss as it lacks brand name compared to the other 2. But be real here, Citadel is fucking Citadel. This site has wet dreams about getting Citadel offers.
