Look for other jobs that are in PE or IB, depending on what you want in your career. Never hurts to apply while on your current job and decide after you compare how much growth you can get at each firm.

 

depends what you do at your search fund, if its sourcing/monkey work then drop it after the semester, you already have it on your resume to show "interest in finance" and have something to speak to in interviews.

if you're doing more learning valued added stuff maybe stick with it for the winter semester if you want, but i suggest trying to upgrade for the summer for sure, it depends what target you're at and whether you're diversity or not, but with some networking you can prob land a legit paid job in freshman summer, but a search fund isn't bad either
