You must get in touch with recruiters in LA, SF, NY to have a shot at breaking in there.

With all these interviews you have, are any of them producing offers? I would take an offer in SLC/Den/Phx and try to get placed in LA/NY after you get experience with the firm... You might change your mind after working in Denver and realize "la & ny suck why would I want to move there".

Great. Whats the best way to reach out to those recruiters? Linkedin? Google?

Yes, as of today I have 3 offers on the table. Except, i'm slightly skeptical about living in SLC/Denver/Phoenix, so i'm trying to reach out to NY/LA before accepting anything.

Great! Now that you have offers you can leverage those heavily to get the spot you want in SF/NY

I second what @"jbone24" said. At some point, if you're not getting the results you want, it turns into a all-or-nothing, do-or-die, 100% blood sweat and tears type of approach. Literally do everything in your power, using all the resources you have, to get those interviews.

While it's a fine career, I know that Goldman's SLC office, and I'd guess Denver and Phoenix, are mid or back office operations. Like I said, there's nothing wrong with that but it's usually difficult to make the transition to front office, and that's when you're in the same office or across the river in Jersey. I'd guess 2000 miles away from where most of the front office guys are would be nearly impossible.

I am from one of the cities in which you have an interview and am working for one of the firms in a different city in which you have an interview and I assure you that there is no ibd in any of them for JPM in Denver, GS in SLC, and ms in Phoenix
