Deloitte Pioneer Internship
It's obviously not banking, PE, HF, etc. but does anyone have any experience with the Deloitte Pioneer Internship for Freshman? Would this be a good stepping stone/experience for finance internships further down the line?

Not yet, but it's only been a week. There weren't even any questions, just upload a resume and put down which city you would like it to be in.
Do you know how people have already received offers? Was there an earlier URM program?
I don't personally know anyone who applied. I have an upperclassmen friend from high school at a different university who sent me the application. It says that they strongly encourage URM to apply and considering it's only January I'm sure there's still plenty of time. It's offered in like 30 different cities and if I remember correctly you can give a preference as to if you want it to be remote or in person.
