Did I fail this interview? (back office at BB)

Had an interview yesterday for an analyst position in the back office for a BB. Was nervous during the interview, stuttured alot, but got good feedback from one of the VPs stating that he resonated with my answers, that I exhibit qualities they are looking for in a candidate, and that the things i did to prepare for the interview (mentioned i read into the banks financials) almost no one does (the position involves consolidating the financial statements). Interview lasted the full 45 minutes, with a hard cutoff at the 45 minute mark where I was asked if I had any questions. Recruited told me it would be a mix of technical, behavioral, and situational questions but there werent any technicals in the actual interview. I emailed the recruiter a follow up today as a curtosy thank you email, and didnt get an answer. Im very excited for this role, and its my first major position post graduation (T5 Uni). What do u guys think???? Is this a bad sign that I got ignored? Almost every forum I check says it is.
