Different Recruiters Reaching Out on the Same Role
Hey, what is best practice on recruiters reaching out on the same position. For quick background, I'm in a juniorish credit research role at a brand name asset manager looking to make a jump to a hedge fund. Job market and interview pipeline was pretty hot in Feb but has since quieted down. However, recruiters are starting to reach out again on positions. What's the best way to handle multiple recruiters reaching out on the same position. Should I use he first one that reaches out or use the one i have the best relationship with.
