Difficulty to go from a general finance internship to full time Sales and Trading

Hey guys first post here! So I go to a target school and I accepted an offer with Aetna as an incoming Summer Analyst for their Finance Internship Program. I'm excited for the opportunity and I'm sure Hartford will be pleasant in the summer but now I am a bit worried that I shot myself in the foot for opportunities within S&T or Ibanking. I guess my main question is am I screwed for full time recruiting for ibanking or S&T by not doing an internship within those fields?
