Diversity Rounds

In a process for a diversity IB SA 24 program. Recruiter told me interviews would be in early June, so I decided to focus on my final exams and study for them instead. Recruiter emailed and told me saying they wanna interview this week, so now I'm grinding prep as much as I can. However, this got me thinking, are diversity processes (in terms of technicals) easier than regular processes?

Lol why would they create a separate process for diversity kids if they could get in through the regular process? Ofc its easier - my bank has a different interview sheet for diversity kids and those questions are laughably easy

Hey man thanks for the reply. Do you think you could give a little comparison? Like an example question asked in reg vs div

damn lol. I gotta get a diverse wife in the future for the sake of my kids lol
