Do buyside firms take into account major when considering GPA?
Graduating from a target with a 3.8gpa in Computer Science. Going to a top bank in a top group. Do buyside firms take into account the major I'm in when comparing to other candidates? It's significantly easier to get a 3.9+ as an econ major than as a CS major at my school and was wondering if recruitment would take this into account?
