Do international job applications have it rough when a job description requires "excellent communication skills"?
A lot of international job seekers have a strong ascent when speaking English. And I have notice that a lot of job requirements state that the candidate must have "excellent communication skills". So, does this mean that if you have an ascent speaking English, then you are not fit for the job?
