Do you need to have the 3 IB Exams to hit the desk and start working?
so my offer letter says I need the SIE, 79, 63 passed within 90 days of my start date which will be around mid september. However I hit the desk officially (training ends) end of july. So I am sort of confused here, do I really have til september or do I have to pass them all once I hit the desk and training ends? Sorry I tried asking my HR but no response for 5 days now lol (of course)
For anal 1s, it means you need them done by sept. Just ask your associate when you are there.

You don't need your exams done to being working, but it's better to take them sooner rather than later in case you fail, so you have time to retest before the 90 days are up.
