so my offer letter says I need the SIE, 79, 63 passed within 90 days of my start date which will be around mid september. However I hit the desk officially (training ends) end of july. So I am sort of confused here, do I really have til september or do I have to pass them all once I hit the desk and training ends? Sorry I tried asking my HR but no response for 5 days now lol (of course)
