Does HR work / make calls on weekends after superdays?
If you have a superday on a Friday for a BB, does HR typically work on the weekends and make calls on Saturday/Sunday? Or would offers usually be given out on Monday? They told us they would get to us within a week.
Didn't hear back the Friday evening of my superday, though I was wondering if somehow I missed a call while I was in the air flying back home after my interview.
HR won't call you... usually it is one of your interviewers.
Whether it's a weekend or a weekday is not a factor in when they call you.
If they called you, they would've left a message.
i have never had an interviewer tell me the news so i'm not sure what noway is referring to.
however, he is right that they will 100% leave a message and they can call whenever they want though not too many of them work on weekends.

Hmm ok that makes sense, so I probably didn't get the call while on the plane since there was no message.
And since Saturday is almost over I'm assuming I'll hear back hopefully SUnday or Monday, but based on what you guys are saying, it looks like they most likely won't be working on Sunday?
Once I got a call from HR about a final round interview during the superbowl. Them calling on a Sunday is definitely a possibility.
What kind of HR person, in any industry, works during the Superbowl? This is mindblowing.
