Does networking matter after you get a first round?
Got a first round at a BB thanks to VP referral, speaking to an MD soon. Is there anything the MD can do for me that would further bolster my application? Or is getting a first round basically the extent of what networking can do for me?
depends on the bank. got an offer at a bb where my superday interviewer reached out to people i networked with (to further gauge my interest in the firm, how i mesh with people from my target school recruiting team) before making the offer
