Obviously it is ideal to have a strong cv however I have seen people make it onto springs with terrible CVs (Oxford students though). Make sure you have your formatting down.

No it's a 3ft wide black tophat and it takes HR 10 hours collectively to fold the names. Only top bucket analysts get to draw the names. It's a whole thing.
