Dublin job market vs Frankfurt

Greetings

My question mainly pertains to job opportunities in the equity space (I could stretch more broadly to general financial services or banking). I currently work in Frankfurt, and my gf has received a decent job offer in Dublin (tech sales). I am wondering how difficult it would be for me to find a job there? I don't mind if it is IB, AM, research...my experience to date is mainly equities. The last weeks I have sent out some applications through recruiting firms and had 0 bites. I am wondering whether it is worth ditching my current role and moving there and finding a role once I am present in Dublin. Or if this is even realistic.

I've already done my research on tax rates, rental prices, nightlife, etc. I'm more interested in how deep the job market is.

I really appreciate any insights.
