Durham is a great city to be in, especially for finance and economics.

Lots of hot girls too

I think it'll be a marginal choice at best with regard to recruitment. First order of importance is the institution, and if it's Durham then it's Durham.

Between the courses I doubt there'll be any difference. Both will pass the HR filters and then when the bankers scan your CV ahead of an interview neither particularly stands out.

Choose what you think you'll enjoy. If you hate your course (as a reminder, the last chance you get to study and learn and enjoy that for it's own sake), you'll be more miserable, less motivated, and less inclined to study and throw applications around. An advantage of the Finance & Accounting is that you'll learn a little bit more vocational content, but honestly we're splitting hairs.
